A bike that carries things?

I have seen a woman riding one that looks like a wooden box with a couple of seats in it ( not like a rickshaw! lower and seperately attached i think) with a red rain cover... i have been searching on the net with out any joy....

There was a bloke riding one round herne hill at the good friday meet. There were at least 4 kids in it, init.

Tania and Robin....it's a Christiana bike, think Robin built the seats in and had the cover custom-made.....wicked set up, looks indestructible!
