the kent ride is awesome mike. i don't know how much of its part of the Canterbury ride... SAM?
About 6.3 miles, young Ved. And 3.1 of those are your favourite part. It's not that bad a climb, it just goes on for a bit. TBH, this hill is probably easier riding it fixed if you can get yourself into a good tempo. And none of the others are impossible riding fixed.
Unfortunately due to time/mileage restraints, I can't quite get us far south-east enough to savour the apple orchards and wheat fields that featured during the Canterbury ride.
Have a good ride tonight. If it's like last night it'll be pretty cold once the sun's gone down.

probably not gina....we try to do fortnightly but sam will announce it on wednesday here. looks tough but not as tough as surrey and those elevation graphs always look ridiculous. see you tomorrow xx
