I would suggest you wait outside Archway Station for the group to pass. Pretty straight forward getting there from Kings X. Straight up York Way. Follow the one-way System onto Breknock Road, then at the end of that, bare right onto Junction Road. This will take you straight to Archway Underground where they should be cycling past at about 8.20ish.
You will need to hurry though if the train gets in at 8. But this way, there are no hills to get up before you meet everyone
