Thought i'd drag this up as i've had a feverish saddle-testing blitz over the last week. Obviously, this is subjective, but thought i'd share my findings whilst i was trying to improve on the comfort of my Charge spoon:
1.) Selle Italia SLR XP:
Hard to dial in and ok when set up, but too much gooch pressure for me
2.) Specialized Alias (143):
Fucking gash and looks like shit as well.
3.) Fizik Arione:
Quite comfy and easy to set up, but again too much perinium pummelling.
4.) Selle Italia Flite Gel Flow
Not bad... Looks sweet, good build quality and feels good for the first 20miles.
5.) Selle Italia Max Flite Gel Flow
Sold... Like a buxom wench lapping at my undercarriage.
Update:
5.) Selle Italia Max Flite Gel Flow
I was a bit quick on the draw here. I get fidgety after 30miles and think i can improve on it... the wench started using too much teeth.
6.) Koobi Xenon
Has a cut out all the way to the end of the nose so good pressure relief in all positions. Getting on well with it and best so far, but padding is quite firm.
