I built mine on Dreamweaver and got a really good how to book to teach me (Dreamweaver Hands-On-Training I reccomend it). It took me two weeks.
www.benbroomfield.com nothing to fancy but does the job.
I am getting a friend to build me a newer flashy one as we speak.
Also I recommend http://www.mrsite.com/ is pretty good too.
