I personally don't like WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) editors as they mask the complexity of web design - you will have to accommodate all sorts of screen resolutions and window widths and you don't have have a fixed grid like on a piece of, say, A4 paper.
However, if you are starting out and want to put together a few pages then maybe Dreamweaver is for you.
