Nitto Dynamic is a nice stem. I have on on mine, and it looks better than the Pearls. takes a standard road bar.
For a 1 inch quill stem you need a frame with 1 inch threaded forks and a 1 inch threaded headset. 1 inch is the standard size for threaded headsets.
At 33 inside you need a 54 frame probably.
