Lovely frame (650 front I assume) - I have something very similar (see attached).
I'd advise you to put a rear wheel in and check the clearances. For training purposes I run a 700 x 20 tyre on mine as a 700 x 23 rubbed on the seat tube; seeing the small mark on the back of your tube I'm guessing this is similar. Absolutely no worries if you are using this for testing; however for riding the streets of London it's a little rigid.
