Radially laced wheel will not hold as well against all the road shit as a crossed wheel will. when one spoke is under load and momentarily looses its tension the fact that it is supported by the crossing spoke helps the wheel to remain true. none of this support exists in radial spoking. also it puts stress on the hub flange, spokes and rim.no real benefits apart form the looks.sorry for offering a an opinion based on building wheels,riding wheels and general knowledge on the subject.

point C - 35 pounds is a price for a workshop quality park tool 1/8 specific chainbreaker .the price for fitting a chain is usually a fiver.sometimes free if we know you or you are nice and you dont post overheard rumors and general bullshit on the forum.
