port salut almost feels artificial.. it walks a fine line.
as for vegan cheese?? i think they romance the cows a little before milking them and give them a rub down after so no animals were hurt in the making. they then lay the produced milk on fault lines to use the earths natural oscilation, allowing the fats to clot.
Its then knitted into squares by an army of maimed out of work G20 protestors
or so i am led to believe.
