If you think you could help me out please contact me via PM. I am based in Wolverhampton. Payment via Paypal, Cheque etc

    Regards

    Andy

  • hey i got this carlton frame,
its on ebay atm if your intrested i can end it early?http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&item=150337861376

  • Would love too, only 1 problem - I wouldn't get my short stumpy legs over a 59cm frame. If it was the right size I'd have it straight away

    Cheers

  • if you look at tour du hk's other items he has a bsa in the right size. i have that same frame (but bigger) and i like it.

  • yeah your right - didn't see that. It could be just the job, though I am a little concerned that the top tube will too long for me....

  • maybe it would be ok with a short stem? or you could contact retro di corsa, he has a few frames in your size (really nice ones too)

  • Cheers SL thanks for your help

  • TDH,

Been looking at the OLMO frame your selling on ebay. Possible numpty question but does having a Campag Bottom Bracket restrict what cranks I can attach to it?

Is it only other campag stuff or would Miche Primato work?

    PK

  • no it does not restrict the cranks you can have, i believe it uses an italian threaded bb. but you can attatch most square tapered cranks onto it,

  • Sounds like it could all fit together.

If I want to take things further should I go via ebay or do you have a price in mind?

    PK

  • you can go via ebay, or my offer is 80 pounds posted, im waiting on maxl to get back to me on that price.

  • Thk,

If the OLMO frame is still available I will pay you £80 posted for it?

    Regards

    PK

  • so bunnysquasher, did you get the bsa? its gone from tour du hk's ebay items for sale listing.

No SL I didn't. It was the top tube length that did it - I mean I am kinda streched out on a 54 - I am a small kinda guy. In a PM he told me he would sell it Monday anyway - hope its gone to a good home.

I have had offers of 2 other frames which I am now looking into, the one seems to be perfect, I just wish there were more 54cm frames knocking about.....

Now if I could get my hands on an OLMO I would be more than happy - I rode one in Spain a while back - lovely bike

    Regards

  • how about this??
