Choosing a BB for Miche Advanced?

Hi guys,

I have finally decided for the Miche Advanced cranks, and am now trying to choose a BB. Based on older threads (yes, I have searched ;-) - it would seem a wise/hassle free choice is a Shimano UN-73, or a Compag Centaur.

Would you agree on one of these two as a safe bet? (Price less importat than hassle free-ness)

Also, if you had to choose, which one of the two would you choose?

Frame is a Dolan FXE

shimano is jis taper, miche advanced are iso so not ideally matching. i've been running a miche bb which has been ok until recently. i've installed a replacement and am now having real issues with it.

looking into replacing it with a campag cenrtaur or nos chorus if i can find one. will let you know what it's like

there's also sugino and phil bbs which should do the job but the phil is quite pricy and the sugino isn't sealed afaik

I'm riding a mice bb and advanced cranks and have had no problems so far.
I have only been riding this setup for one day though

I'm running miche advanced and miche bb, no complaints so far. Make sure you tighten it well though as they can work their way loose, mine has loosened itself slightly since I put it on a few weeks ago.
