So tragic if people don't read the first post in this thread.

Actually... he survived. He wasn't a newbie, just a lurker. So I'm giving benefit of doubt but nuked the nursery spam anyway.

I'm looking for a crank set remover tool, not quite sure what they are called though...
-
• #1557
Tom SS, go to your Local Bike Shop (LBS), tell them what cranks you have and they will tell you what Crank Extractor you will require. Enjoy.

If you are in the Nursery, does that mean that you are unable to respond to PMs that are sent to you?

New Members, read this and put your name down in the thread if your interested, link below..
http://www.londonfgss.com/thread15291-11.htmlThings we do well on this forum, organise and go on a regular basis to Drinks, wherever they may be, and Ride.
So in the spirit of these two elements, comes the all new,
New Members Compass Beer Rides. It has been noted that meeting up with a big group of forumengers that you don't know in a pub can be slightly intimidating. So to make it less so, this idea has been put forward to combine drinks and rides.
Think of it as a Forum Fresher's week, without the hazing, so that the previous months new members get a chance to meet up with, and ride with fellow forumengers. Talk bikes, find out where drinks are, and get a good ride in at the same time
You can come out to the beers closest to you, or trek out to a beers on the otherside of town, safe in the knowledge that you'll be with people who a) know where they are going, and that b) someone will be heading back in your general direction so you can ride home in the company of another forumenger. So For One Week, every couple of months, there will be rides from Trafalgar Sq, to the Beers,
**Monday - Souths @ The Coach and Horses
Tuesday - Norths @ The Flask or
Tuesday - South Easts @ The Kings Arms or
Tuesday - Trixie Dix @ **White's Row Car Park Roof. White's Row, Off Commercial Street
** Wednesday - Easts @ The Royal Inn on the Park
Thursday - Wests @ The Crabtree or The Ship (season dependent)
Sunday - Polo @ Downham Rd Polo Courts.**A couple of regulars from each beers will be at Trafalgar Sq from approx 6.30 for a prompt 7pm departure, (1pm for a 1.30pm departure on Sunday) And will take any new member who so wishes for a ride which will arrive at beers/polo.
The Next Compass Beer Rides will be
May 11-17** 2009**. -

Hi this nursery concept is great and very understandable, although my precious bike did get stolen on Tuesday, my dear friend Peter who's a member here for a long time got his bike back by posting an ad here. He suggested I got on here to post a pic asap, but it seems it will take a while till I can get a post up.
I'm going to try it anyways... Hope you don't hate me but I'm desperate.
If anybody does spot a brand new Ditch bike,( I Took it apart, drove it over from Holland and put it back together, let me know.) It got stolen tuesday night outside Blue Last, I'm heart broken. It\s a black gazelle, Dutch style ladies bike with bend frame the make is Gazelle Toer Populair. I put a rack on the front so moved the light down and rewired it with Blue wire. There a dynamo on the front, mudguards, rubber binders on the back, the bike is BLACk but the tires are WHITE I think that this is the most distinctive thing. There's no gears, and one handle bar brake on the right side.
I'll be ever so grate full and have had a look at all the stolen bikes on here and will keep my eyes peeled for yours as well! This should be stopped... it's so devastating when something gets nicked after having spent so much love and energy into it besides the money...
Anyways, I'm happy to be part of this forum and wish I found out about it earlier.

Brixtonbiker. Trackies is a group. I think you need to send a message to RPM (or a visitor message as you cant PM) to let you in.
