With you on Bikelab. I've never been treated so badly in a shop in all my life. I don't know if he is still there but the tall mech (possibly Ging) was a f*cking prick.
I once went in there and asked if the X-Lite cleaning fluid would clean my tyres. In front of the customers he became really rude asking me; 'why the hell would you want to clean your tyres?' and being quite offensive generally. I kept calm and just out talked him. I actually managed to get another customer to walk out as well who said he felt uncomfortable at the way the guy talked to me and said he'd never go there again.
Thats not the only bad customer service I've had there. They only seem to like you if you've got no idea what your doing and they can sell you something wholley unnecessary and over-excessive for you
Everytime I go past there I want to brick their windows. I've even had dreams about it.
