I've just been trying to work this out.
ok... two pints of milk 40 grams taken care of...
half a bread perhaps? another 40 grams...
tins of chick peas? 15 g each... two of these? then we're at 110g..
then some pasta at ca. 10% protein? quite a few portions it must be.... fuck this is a lot in total....
