Campagnolo Centaur steel seatpost, pretty rare these days, 27.2mm and about 250mm long. Virtually identical to the Record Titanium model, but somewhat more affordable.
The seatpost has suffered some scuffing in storage - it's nowhere near as bad as the photos show, and you can either brush them out with some wire wool, or polish the post. On most bikes they'll be below the insertion point
