Campag 111mm will give a chainline in the region of 44mm.
Fine if you're running Goldtecs, not so clever else as reference to the Tranny Database will attest.
Spindle requirement is stated as 109mm ISO (Campag, Italian).
In my experience it's a little less on the Mickey 107mm. This BB is adjustable but I found it didn't need a great deal of movement towards the driveside. Sprocket shoulder depth will have an effect, ask Sheldon.
There's a Phil BB to suit, too. 110.5mm, but remember its adjustable. Which the Campag ain't.
A Dey-Do-Doh-Don't-Dey-Doh-Dolan is almost certainly English threaded.
Campag Record Pista will give better chainline, but with a small penalty in non-drive crank offset.
Bear in mind that BB shell width has no influence over spindle length, although it can make life difficult if your cranks have a narrow Q.
