Maybe Kyle rides really far, but because the city has shrunk, it only appears to be 30 miles. Maybe the city has shrunk to a 10th of it's size and he is actually meaning 300 miles. It's the old tale of Guliver's Travels really.
Anyway.....That paper is kitty litter now. (Not chip wrapper. For some reason they don't do that anymore. Is it cos the chips and your hand got print on?)
