Speedy wheelie bail, followed by my heel deciding to meet my arse cheek whilst my knee kept going forward. I think my mates knew it was bad cos I normally get up right away, but this time I was on the floor for a few minutes lol.

Normally i'm quite good at crashing lol, but clearly not this time! I've had worse, but yeah i'm definitely going to be taking it real easy for a few days, quite comically I can ride, but it just hurts when I get off the bike and go up and down stairs. My ankle seems fine now, well just an ache instead of pain, but I think my knee will need a few days of rest, i'll be off the bike from friday until monday though which should do the trick..... pun intended ;)
