That bike is way more interesting on the flickr page... but I'm baffled by the angle of the headlight strapped under the stem... that doesn't seem useful at all (worse the owner comments on the light in one of the flickr photos, but seems to be making excuses for the bike having a headlight at all, rather than the ridiculous angle).
