Stolen white deep v wheel - Spitalfields

I really hate the fact that it is now "your own fault" if you fail to secure your stuff to the nth degree.

No point to this post, just thought I would say it.

It should not be this way.
so i should not lock the front door to my flat or leave the windows open. because thieves shouldn't steal my stuff?
