In your own field, the Equalities agenda has been an unmitigated disaster wherever it has been allowed to practise its pernicious separatist dogma. There is a corrupt codependent relationship between separatist special interests and professional troublemakers like yourself, and neither party is any better than the other, since they now both draw on public funds.
