When you tighten it it gets "proper" tight, after you have used a 15mm spanner to adjust the centering whilst you tighten the recessed bolt everything is fine.
Then you pull the brakes on a few times and it is out of centre again.
I am aware that having the nut in there as a spacer is not going to be helping matters, but the campag part itself is smooth, so would offer no purchase either.
Should it have a knurled nut/washer that I am missing?
Or am I missing something altogether more obvious?!
