Nothing is that hard to convert to fixed if you are willing to shell out a little bit extra.

The dropouts look to be semi-horizontal, so you should be good to go.

why are track frames preferable to road frames on a fixie? it seems like they'd be a huge gap where the cassette is if it was fixed
