no, there was several cyclists on the spot in seconds and a few calls were made for an ambulance straight away. We waited about 5 mins for the ambulance and then waited a further few minutes for the police and had to wait to give statements of what occurred.

ive commuted in northwave celcius all winter, clipped in - should i avoid busy junctions?

I hope the rider is insured, else thats one more calling for us to pay our way.

what i meant was that the attire the dude was dressed in suggested that he wasn't a good enough cyclist to attempt such a move.. not that he shouldn't be riding full stop!!
