OK, Jon has a reasonable excuse for not buying this now, although I think the wheel could make a marvellous parasol for your time in Fuji.
So, wheel's back up for sale again for 22 pounds fifty eight and a half pence.
Forks are not longer for sale.

Another day, another sale falls through!
Back up for sale again, due to the impact of the credit munch on buyers bank accounts.
I did contemplate running after the guy at HH today who was riding one during his 70 laps behind a derny, to see whether he was interested, but he was just a bit too quick for me.
OK, I've realised that I'm not that short, so these have to go:
Make your lo pro even lower!
Wheel specs:
The rim looks dappled on the braking surface in the picture, where the top anodised layer of the braking surface on the rim is not yet worn through, which means there's loads of life left in it.
Forks: 600c steel forks, I'm too sleepy today to have measured the steerer length, but they're 1 inch diameter. The steerer thread's still good. I'll update with and at length later today. Taken from an early nineties TT frame. Has playing card lugs picked out in yellow.
Collection only in London, preferably at South Beers, but can ride and meet you in most places given enough notice. Sorry no postage.
£50 for the two or near offer.
