cotton smells which is never any good if u got to meet people at the other end.
I have a cranberry cold base layer, doesn't stink at all, which is fucking ace.

Maybe, depends on the person I guess. Though merino wool is the 531 of fabrics.

Hmm - I prefer a warm strawberry and ginger base layer - the colour is nice and the ginger helps with the motion sickness

I have seen quite a few acrylic cycling jerseys for sale recently... all look nice an old school.. but I was wondering.... isn't acrylic a bad substance for a sweating body? Like Nylon?
I also see a lot in polyester.... Would cotton not be better?
