I have a Tektro (new & unused) and an old (c. 1986) Shimano 105 rear caliper.
I also have a left-hand Tektro RX2.0 brake lever. It's 24.0mm diameter; I used to use it on a set of standard track bars originally off a Bianchi Pista.
