You might give yourself AIDS (if you are already infected).
Also they might not be stitches, are they at the front of your eyelids ?
Also some other stuff.
And also I have a friend who pulled his own stitches out, at the time it seemed to go just fine, no infection, no excessive pain, all healed up . . . . . . . but exactly 22 years and 7 months later he died in a plane crash.
