Be great to meet up for a ride, I have fixed, geared and mtb but a young family means not much extra riding time.
My good behaviour 'tokens' are used up all too rapidly by surfing and blasting round the purbecks with gears. Even then I have to file an application for time off weeks in advance.Having said that, I should have some time at the end of this week (surf depending of course)

Sounds good! Let us know if you wanna meet up. You can always blast round the purbecks on a fixed, we've done Poole-Swanage-Corfe-Poole a couple of times. Is quite tiring though... or we could go geared.

Tell me about it!

I know this should be on the spotted thread but as it was in Bournemouth I saw a guy on a green fixie (I think it was green) just by the speed camera on castle lane just past hospital and tescos ,bare drop bars , today at around 6.15 , also I saw another guy on a charge plug racer by twinham school about 3 weeks ago , any takers ??? Ps my last photo of my plug has now changed to a volume cutter frame in pink with the same wheelset etc so stop me if ya see me, Bournemouth fixie crew are off to the strong island bike ride 2moro for a short ride and loads off beer !

Guffer. I saw a Plug parked up at the pedo part at the bottom of Old Christchurch Road a few weeks ago. I seem to remember it had a red chain and black unmarked hubs on Velocity. So guess it's not yours tho!
Here's ma ride if you see me around at any stage. (I'm riding with Bournemouth Jubilee on it in the morning. They won't be too best pleased! ;))

nice ride pigfarmer ! just got back from the strong island bike ride in southsea about 140 riders turned up on fixies/choppers/shoppers/mtb/bmx/ everthing ! for a ride around portsmouth and southsea for some traffic stopping carnage and then off to the pub for afters, was a wicked day, good to see a scene fairly local with some more riders "fixed up" were gonna do the same sort of thing down here at some point in the summer and just get everyone together on any bike and do a short ride and then pub after. will keep ya all posted.

I visited BikeLap once when I worked at the fugly Barclays building in Poole. I felt a bit uncomfortable in there, plus I seem to remember there were loads of Scotts everywhere...I don't like Scotts*.
