BTW its a piece of piss to make a chain whip tool. Provided you already have a chain breaker.
and are you gonna need a headset spanner and an old style BB tool?
I'd be tempted to just buy the tools as and when you need them. They don't have to be Park Tools but some of the cheap to mid range tools are pretty good.
Cone tools and pedal spanners are pretty essential though.
Maybe it'd be worth getting after all.
