My rear (self-build, with rim replaced once) is fine, despite complete negligence on my part, and a mixture of commuting, training, bit of off-roading too.
I wouldn't, however, buy one again, because I don't like the crappy washers, and am not keen on allen bolt fastenings on axles.
Reckon I'd go Gran Compe next time I have to buy a fixed hub. Might not be able to replace the Goldtec with one though, because it's a 135 OLD.
