Hey kowalski, I glazed over halfway thru the thread but in case you still need a solution I have a Campag Athena BB that has a 111mm axle but fully adjustable cups like a Miche so you could tweak the crank a coupla mil back to the right to clear the chainstay. Give me a shout if it's of use. Oh, it's English threaded... no idea what your 'Pink Pinacolada' is, so over to you...
p.s. just spotted a Rossin I just bought has the same Campy BB (not sure if it's Athena) and it must be Italian threaded so choice of nationality available.
