11kg? I'd imagine the postage on that is immense.
My Dad has a cast iron stand like that but it has no bolt on arm for lateral truing or any kind of measurements at all. I think it's literally for lacing a wheel but not truing.
I think the Tacx or the cheap one Tommy posted are looking like the best options.
