Sign of the credit crunch - Brixton Dole office today - not one, but two Langsters locked outside.
The SS one had the slackest chain I have ever seen!
Oh and some hipster woman yesterday in Brixton remonstrated me for having a bike with nobrakes, when I asked her whether she really rode her SS with just one brake.
I don't think she realised my bike had no chain, pedals, cranks etc. and was more like a brakeless hobbyhorse.
