Wheel building/truing stand

i use the first one a tackx, the thing at the front serves as a centre guide and roundness guide. cheap but cheerful.

So do the arms have a bit of sideways movement then? (to accommodate wider hubs). I'm guessing this is something you can just set and lock off (otherwise it'd be fairly useless). Sorry if I'm just being obvious here.
