Come on chaps wheres you fight. I have now been watching for an hour and havent seen any rioting. Is any one up for chipping in for some patio furniture? That would liven things up.

Footage stopped after protester floored by (I have to say, awsome) right hook.

I am enjoying the protests from the capitalist comfort of my sofa courtesy of Sky - did anyone see that copper get taken out by the kendo stick?

We've been warned not to venture out for lunch. I was starving and so a besuited visit to Pod to pick up a red chicken curry was inevitable.
Total damp squib. Not an anarchist in sight. Just lots of men with smart haircuts and pressed jeans looking ever so casual and down with the homies.
Nice red curry though. Love their wild rice.

I just went down the road and spat on a few art students... nothing. Boooring.
Capitalism means war? No it fucking doesn't. Cunts.

Why do communists only drink herbal tea?

• #338
Cos they believe proper tea is theft!

Careful, it might all be Trojan Food that will riot in your stomach.

It was a chicken curry, not a horse (although I was so hungry I felt that I could have eaten a horse but didn't so as not to offend the sensibilities of my vegan friends and, of course, the policeman on its back).
Shouldn't you be out there protesting about people like me?
All in all, the recent snow day was a lot more fun.

+1 I suffer terribly from claustrophobia.
Best not to spend too much time inside small sports cars then ;o)

The lack of red meat in their diets has caused and epidemic of anaemia in the vegan protester community. They are all too weak to riot.

Do they do horse curry though Clive? I've not had a nice bit of horse flesh for some time.

City workers have been leaning out of windows to wave £10 notes at G20 protesters on the streets below, the Press Association reports. Demonstrators responded with jeers and shouts, their reporter says.
they were photocopied £50 notes, they got told off by police......i .........err..........know.............who ...........did it. :)

Do they do horse curry though Clive?
Sadly not at Pod. Not in England at least. Try France or Spain or Newmarket.

I was in the WTO riots in Seattle in 99. I was working as going to school and working as a courier. My school was a staging ground for the protests on Capitol Hill and I wanted to photograph the demonstrations. I was teargassed and hit with various objects flying through the air and thrown to the ground by a cop. Not trying to get street cred or anything, but these protests are lame.
They're lame because 90% of the people are there for a carnival and a piss up. They're having fun and taking a break from work because they're bored, not trying to change the world. Half the people in 99 didn't know what WTO stood for and I'd wager the same percentage here don't know what G20 means or what they do.
If you want to make a difference do something other than chanting shit slogans and dressing up to have a party.
