I'm not sure - I find myself in two minds about this thread.
Personally I find F1 one of the most offensive sports/activities (but I am a hypocrite 'cos I used to follow MotoGP). I saw there was a thread devoted to it, which I ignore because posting about my objections would be pointless amongst a bunch of enthusiasts. And that's the advice I would get from them, judging by all the drama stirred up by the "cars" thread. So I find it funny to find some of those same people on here objecting to this thread when they could take some of their own advice and ignore. And I think it has to be said, Rik's enthusiasm for this thread is unmatched by anyone anywhere else on the forum.
None of this, of course, applies to Phil - maybe because he's just too cuddly, or maybe because he's at least consistent.
