Travelling from home to work and back again each day it seems to be that its mostly drivers of expensive cars that are the worst offenders. I wonder if this is to do with the minor cash penalty for getting caught or some arogance towards other road users as they have paid so much for their cars? I have also noticed that drivers of cheaper vehicles tend to be law abidding and have hands free kits of one sort or another.
