I sent an enquiry about it, not much information coming from the guy. He is in Hackney and has no other pictures??? Anyone lost a BJ?

err, quick question. How do I look back at all items I've ever won - the current view only gives me the last 60 days, with no option to look further back into t-t-t-time.
Is all of that detail now deleted off the ebay servers?
try goofbay.com
great little ebay resource site.

BJ track vigorelli frame??
http://www.gumtree.com/london/99/36921999.html
While we are on the topic, are Vigorelli frames selling new at 345 quid a good buy?
As a newbie, the term "all round track frame" doesn't make much sense to me. Because track cyclists cycle round and round perhaps?

BJ track vigorelli frame??
http://www.gumtree.com/london/99/36921999.html
Deosn't look like any BJ vigorelli I've ever seen.
The ad states:
"Beautifully made Track Frame from renowned craftsman Bob Jackson. Made from Columbus SLX tubes. Lugged and fillet brazed. Extended seat tube and straight forks"Does Bob Jackson ever use colombus?
Says lugged, but really can't see anything in pictures.
Maybe it's some custom job? I dunno...
Not exactly bargain basement price, so maybe best off getting the BB mumber and calling Bob Jackson to verify. -

fillet brazed all round, except the bottom bracket shell. which is a fairly common way to do it.

I'd say so, but then i bought one so I would.
I think all round track frame refers to its suitability for road use (as well as track use).
The geometry is somewhere between road and track (ambiguous statment I know, but you get the idea). This means the seat tube is less steep than a typical track frame, leading to a relatively longer top tube, and the steering is more relaxed due to slightly slacker headtube angle and more rake on fork.
The fork is drilled and has oval cross section tubing to better resist front caliper braking forces (ie. its more of a road fork).
The BB height is greater than a standard road frame.
I've never ridden on the track so I cant comment on track suitability, but it works great as a road fixed IMHO.

ED. Just realised its the OP using the term Vigorelli, not the seller. If what the seller states is true then I would say this is a superior frameset to the standard vigorelli, and possibly more track orientated (guessing, looking at forks). Would be good to get the BB number though.

all round track frame i feel refers to it being suitable for all track cycling diciplines. a specialist sprinter would more than likely have a different frame geometry to that of a pursuit or points race rider.
hope that helps.
