The frame/forks are beautiful, it looks wrong because of the mix of new components on a classic styled frame.
There are two bikes there, a classic and a modern, maybe that was the look the owner was going for.
Not what I'd do, which is to; flog all the modern bits and treat that Hetchins to a more suitable collection of components.
