Work in black on white and white on black to begin with (if you have time), then look at colour/detailing afterwards, maybe it's not important but:
Warp text = no.
Legibility = iffy.
Kerning = no.
Unique = not really.
Memorable = not really.
Convenient to use = no.
Acute selection of font = no.
