Trade: De Rosa Planet - lovely alloy road frame with shiny aero fork

Ok, so I'd really like a lovely, light 120mm rear wheel with a flip flop hub and/or a white bros or similar top quality 17 or 18T freewheel.

in exchange, or poss for sale, a really nice De Rosa Planet frame, 54cm c/c seat tube, 56cm c/c top tube. used, with some paint chips etc, also someone partially sighted has painted uot the main de rosa logos on the downtube, in an effort to 'stealth it up'. 1990s made, from Dedaccai 7003 ally, so very light. v 27.2 seatpost, NB now think bb is italian. comes with seatpin.

lovely welds, great quality frame

Nice matching 1" threaded aero alloy forks, weigh about 650g, unbranded butcame with the de rosa. need cleaning but pretty good condition. might split, might sell for offers over £130.


will throw in some Nitromors, if you want to strip the frame back to alloy, would look brill with the forks and was what i was planning to do.

aye, i really like it. would you be interested in exchange with my fausto coppi k28? ally frame also, 56cm, top tube, 54cm seat tube. how has the logo been painted over? would it be practical to remove the paint without damaging the original paintwork?

got a brand new wheelset i could offer as an alternative to the coppi?

Man, that's beautiful. If I hadn't just bought a(nother) De Rosa, I'd be all over it like a cheap suit on a fat man.

I think that De Rosa only make Italian BB shells, BICBW.

Not sure about the Coppi, prob too large for me. What wheelset is it?
Paint looks like car paint, think you'd be better getting Vaz or someone to repaint it as the paint has a fair few chips anyway.
