i'm thinking food should be hitting the grill sometime around 3:00-4:00, and being served till the coals go out...6:00-ish.
this is not set in stone, but just a rough estimate. i'm bringing extra food so invite your friends, neighbours, dogs, monkeys, ex's, etc....
