dealing with blb has been ok, they've been very helpful. 14 went the extra mile though, really friendly, willing to chat and help you, the whole atmosphere of the place is just a cut above. they installed a new bb and cranks for me while i waited, there and then. also are always really friendly when i just pop in to have a nosey.
i'm hoping to get on the cycle scheme and get summat built up from them. one day my boss will be in a good mood i hope
