I was thinking about this just the other day out on a ride..... how cool would it be to have sail on your bike, i mean those winds must be useful for something.
And someone stupid enough actually spent their time to build one.
Surely you're route will depend on where the wind is blowing (good excuse not to go to work?)And why does his chainring always jump from one side to the other?

Plus it'd be wicked on a massive descent!

I've seen worse... I reckon that's one of those bikes that looks dubious in a picture but interesting in real life. Nice parts but a tad confused.... want the crankset ;) It was probably raining outside also... I'm hoping at least

Some pictures are reversed so that the logo is always the right way round, even when seen from the other side of the sail.

so.. are these in mass production??
I was starting to think these were actually quite cool, but then I saw the pink one at the back left and realised that it looked like one of those cocks a 5 year old has drawn...

The frame/forks are beautiful, it looks wrong because of the mix of new components on a classic styled frame.
There are two bikes there, a classic and a modern, maybe that was the look the owner was going for.
Not what I'd do, which is to; flog all the modern bits and treat that Hetchins to a more suitable collection of components.

yer that is badman crutterz.
radially laced rear....hmmmmm very good, very good.My eyes!
Radial lacing can be used on rear wheels, ask Jacqui about it - she bought a complete from an old TT racer, had radial wheels front and rear, and she was a hardcore champ! So perhaps not as mad as everyone might suggest. Personally I wouldn;t stray from 3x or 2x on grounds that I'm an old man.
[/quote]surely pengiest ever? mudguards, knobbly tires, massive clearances, massive brake bosses, top tube pad, ourys, hipster cyst.. literally nothing good about that bike
I strongly disagree, this is the least worthy bike of this thread here. Apart from the pad, I love it. This is the kind of bike a smart person would ride all winter and probably not have it nicked.
Whereas this is fucking genius. Sheer British ingenuity at its bonkersest.
