My Moser is similar, same branding on the seatstays and bridge. I was thinking that mine was early 80s. Though mine originally had a sloping fork crown, which I've replaced with a much later pair of forks (Moser Leader, same style).
The forks on the above Moser look 70's to me, but it seems to have the same '78 world champion decal as mine
