What would you suggest for me in terms of cycling training?

As probably well evidenced on the forum am a smug git, think i know a fair bit, but there are probably massive gaps in my knowledge.

Strangely this is not a facetious post from me, I would actually like to make myself a better/safer rider.

Really, you should tart up your riding a little bit. It is currently at odds with you. ;)

Taken seriously, the answer to your question is simple: Book a lesson with a very experienced trainer who will be able to assess the areas where you need to improve after observing you for a bit. They'll then be able to bring you up to Level 3. NB I've never seen you ride so couldn't possibly say where you are right now.

Give CTUK a call (7231 6005) and ask them what free training is available where you live or work. You can of course also book a lesson with the London School of Cycling (not free) and possibly learn directly from Patrick Field if he's available, or any of the other providers in London. In London, we have some of the best cycle trainers in the country.
