It's the same wheel but the electrical tape has been removed and replaced with masking tape.
Didn't he originally say something about it being taped by his LBS, and that he wasn't going to unwrap it for a picture of the hole?

Yeah, different seller though..

Presumably the guy he shipped it on to took the original tape off

EDIT: I've asked the seller if he has a picture of the hole without the tape, he said he's going to put it up tonight
