A friend of mine is looking to rent his studio space, his contract is expiring in two month, he is looking for somebody to take over the contract from now, the studio is already empty. this would allow the person moving in to have a "taste" for two month and then, in case, to do a new contract for one year.
the studio is not massive but a nice space, would suit perfectly a graphic or fashion designer or photographers/artists.
